A multi-year project of leadership development and organisational change, designed to articulate and develop a consistent leadership culture across the Mind Federation.

We've worked with colleagues across the Mind Federation on several ventures and projects over the last several years. In addition to facilitating some strategy development, this included a whole-federation project of strategic people development, which aimed to mobilise leaders around the shared mission, connect them across the Federation, and develop a consistent expectation of leadership across the group.‍
