In addition to our work with Local Trust through the Community Leadership Academy, we have also delivered learning programmes for staff across Local Trust between 2020 and 2024. These programmes have focused on bringing together cohorts for programmes of peer learning, coaching, and reflection to support organisational change, and personal development in the context of the organisation closing down in 2026.
