Change100 is an internship programme designed to change the UK's employment landscape for university leavers with disabilities and health conditions. We designed, incubated and delivered the programme for Leonard Cheshire Disability before spinning the programme back into the charity after its third year. Change100 grew each year, working with household name employers across public, private and non-profit sectors.
