Our Approach to Wellbeing
Wellbeing is something we think and talk about constantly in the team.
In those conversations there’s always a lot to celebrate. Whether that’s the purposeful and rewarding nature of our work, a flexible approach to when and where work happens, wellbeing being part of the conversation in the team, supportive colleagues and people being connected to each other, there’s always a lot to be proud of.
Equally, there’s always more to do. Working in a busy and ambitious team is hard work, and we all need to be at our best. Whether that’s about how we’re working, what we’re working on, or what we need to learn, we’re constantly learning how we stay happy and productive. We can’t say we always get it right, but we can say that nothing’s off the table in terms of making it even better.
We run a Staff Happiness & Culture Survey every quarter, created after reviewing various off the shelf tools in the market, and pulling together best practice from the field of wellbeing. So far the results of those surveys have been super positive, but there’s also always something to learn or pick up, and we’ve enjoyed doing that as a team.
